The refill kit are too expensive it’s a trap to buy the no no comes with one thermicone then stops working after 1 months if need to buy a re-fill you will pay 5 times higher I think this thing is a scum and I will find other alternatives to get rid of my thin hair £43.99 for 3 refill thermicones that is day light robbery no no used to be a good company but now a mafia took over

Daylight robbery £14.99 for what is essentially 2 pieces of polystyrene with some light sandpaper attached. Stop ripping people off with your subscription service. I bet you won't publish this review.

The tips were already very expensive but they have now more than doubled the price which, frankly, makes the price ridiculously expensive. Although I like the No no, I can no longer justify spending so much on the replacement tips so I have reluctantly decided that after this purchase I will have to buy an alternative tool. Perhaps a home laser or electrolysis machine. In the long run it will be much more cost effective.
