no!no!® Replacement Charger

I have not yet received my replacement charger, even though I posted the wrongly supplied charger on 17/02/2020. I send you a reminder but I have not yet received a reply. Very poor communication with clients. You don't even supply a telephone number to enable us to call you. I am very disappointed,
