Want to alert other buyers!

The items I ordered were never dispatched or receive.d For over two months, despite endless emails there has been very poor communication from the company. I received one reply via email simply stating I had a new order number which resulted in nothing happening. Have filled in so many contact forms and emailed company, but response really does need investigation. They took payment straight away and over two months later despite various requests have neither sent items, nor explained any reason for delay and have ignored requests for a refund. Shop pay have equally given no support. However my bank has been most helpful and is now investigating. I just wish to warn other shoppers to be aware that this company is not reliable and to do their research first.
